Research note: Chart sentence: “Rav Avraham Abba HaCohen Zak and Leah had nine children on the chart: Chaya Zak, Mineh, Devorah, Chana, Hildeh, Sarah, Chasiah (d. 1918), Shimon, and Yehudis.” Open question: Sarah and Chasiah are in no Lithuanian record found; the records instead have a Rivka (b. 1894) not on the chart. Not merged with Rivka — treated as a separate, chart-only claim. The surname “Zak” shown here is a display inference, not stated on the chart itself for this person; the chart gives only the given name (retained in name_source).
